Return Policy

If you have already received your Welcome Package and included service package components and you would like to cancel NTSR services, to qualify for a partial or full refund, you may submit a cancellation / refund request online (see below) or contact our customer service department for assistance, and/or return your Welcome Package and NTSR received components in tact - 6 Decals, 4 License Plate Screws, T-20 Torx Wrench and 2 Warning Window Stickers. A full refund will be available If returned and received within 30 (thirty) calendar days from date of registration of services. To qualify for partial refund; if returned and received within 60 (sixty) calendar days from date of registration of service, (return shipping not included). Please, send all returns to:
